Alvaro was an incredible host, very accommodating and responsive, and really helped me to enjoy my stay. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. The appliances worked very well and I was provided with plenty of dishes and cookware. The street is quiet and peaceful. This location is very good if you're looking to be in the Modesto downtown area. I cannot recommend this place and Alvaro enough.

This was a great place to stay. It has everything you need, full kitchen, full bathroom with bathtub and a washer and dryer. It's small but cozy and quiet. Perfect for one or two people. Close to shopping and restaurants.

Alvaro's place was great! Just as described. It is a smaller place but it has everything you need for activities of daily living. The neighborhood was quiet and getting there late at night feeling safe was important to me. Alvaro is very responsive and quick to help with anything you need!
